Robot Procurement

Intelligence, given a body — sourced right and integrated safely.

The robotics market is mature enough to deliver and confusing enough to burn you: capable fleets, aggressive vendors, and specification sheets designed to be compared favourably rather than truthfully. We sit on your side of that table — specifying, sourcing, and integrating autonomous hardware that earns its keep.

Organisations rarely fail at robotics because the robots are bad. They fail because the wrong platform was bought for the environment, the safety envelope was designed after the incident instead of before it, and integration with the building, the schedule, and the people was left as an exercise for the customer.

We start from the environment and the outcome, not the catalogue: what must be true every morning, under what constraints, alongside which humans. From there we specify the platform, negotiate procurement vendor-neutral, design the safety protocols, and integrate the fleet into daily operations — including the unglamorous work of charging schedules, edge-case handling, and staff handover.

Reference build: a LiDAR-equipped autonomous scrubber fleet for a private school network, run on a “Ghost Shift” protocol — the fleet wakes, sanitises, and recharges entirely between 10 PM and 5 AM. Hospital-grade campuses every morning, a 40% reduction in facilities cost, and zero student-robot collisions.

  • Vendor-neutral hardware sourcingSpecification and procurement on your side of the table — we hold no vendor allegiances.
  • Fleet integrationRobots wired into your schedules, spaces, and systems — not parked in a corner after week two.
  • Safety protocol designOperating envelopes, human-exclusion windows, and incident procedures designed before deployment, not after.
  • Operational handoverYour facilities team running the fleet confidently, with monitoring and escalation paths that outlive our engagement.

Do you manufacture robots?

No — and that is the point. We are a vendor-neutral procurement and integration partner. We specify what your environment actually needs, source it at fair terms from the manufacturers best placed to deliver it, and integrate it into your operation. Our incentive is the outcome, not the unit sale.

What kinds of robots do you work with?

Autonomous service fleets are the core: cleaning and sanitation robots, delivery and logistics platforms, inspection units, and industrial automation cells. If it navigates a real environment autonomously and has to coexist with people, it is in scope.

How do you handle safety around people?

By designing the operating envelope first. Our school deployment runs a Ghost Shift — the fleet operates only between 10 PM and 5 AM, when campuses are empty, and has recorded zero student-robot collisions. Time-based exclusion, LiDAR-based avoidance, and hard operational boundaries are decided before a robot ever powers on.

What does ongoing operation look like?

The fleet becomes part of facilities management, not an IT project. We hand over monitoring dashboards, charging and maintenance schedules, and escalation procedures, and we remain available for expansion and vendor management. The goal is a fleet your existing team runs without us.
