Is my data really private?
Yes, structurally — not contractually. The model runs locally, retrieval runs locally, and the system works with the network cable unplugged. There is no provider to trust, because there is no provider in the loop. That is a stronger guarantee than any privacy policy.
What hardware does it need?
A current Apple-silicon Mac or a workstation with a capable GPU runs a serious personal stack today. We specify to your workload and existing hardware first — many clients need no new machine at all — and source anything genuinely required.
